Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Safely and related services ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Safely Health Inc. ("Safely," "we") reserves the right to update these Terms with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

Our insurance products are available to individuals aged 18–65 who are not residents of countries under international sanctions. You must provide accurate information when applying for coverage.

3. Coverage & plans

Safely offers three plan tiers, Essential, Comprehensive, and Premium, with optional add-ons for dental, mental health, and USA coverage. Specific coverage details, exclusions, and benefit limits are outlined in your individual policy document provided upon enrollment.

4. Quotes & pricing

All prices shown on our website and calculator are indicative estimates. Your final premium is determined by your age, selected plan, add-ons, and medical history. Safely reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

5. Claims

• Claims must be submitted within 90 days of the date of treatment.
• For hospital stays, contact our 24/7 support line for direct billing arrangements.
• Outpatient claims require submission of itemized receipts and medical documentation.
• We aim to process all claims within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your policy at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees apply. Refunds for partial months are not provided.

7. Pre-existing conditions

Pre-existing conditions may be covered with an additional surcharge (typically 25%). Full disclosure of pre-existing conditions is required at enrollment. Failure to disclose may result in claim denial or policy termination.

8. Exclusions

Standard exclusions apply, including but not limited to:

• Self-inflicted injuries
• Injuries resulting from participation in illegal activities
• Cosmetic and elective procedures (unless medically necessary)
• Treatment in a country under active war or conflict zone
• Extreme sports without prior rider purchase

9. Limitation of liability

Safely's liability is limited to the benefits outlined in your policy document. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international insurance regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with ICC rules.
